Return & Refund Policy

We want you and your pet to be happy with every purchase from Care4mypet!

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

To start a return, contact us at support.care4mypet@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used or chewed by your pet.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right — either with a replacement or full refund.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.
